The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. My room did have a slight odor when I first entered.

Clean room and efficient check-in. The breakfast was basic, and seating was limited. Smoke smell in the hallway was noticeable. Nice staff.

Decent option for a quick layover in Macon with good value considering price it charged. Staff was courteous and attentive.

The room also had a small sitting area, which was a nice touch for relaxing. Unfortunately, the tea and coffee facilities were limited, and I would have appreciated a better selection. The free Wi-Fi in the room was reliable, which was great for staying connected. I did notice that there was a lack of garden furniture and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the surroundings. The room did come with free toiletries, which was a nice addition. The hairdryer provided in the bathroom was handy, although I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom that were a bit off-putting. I was glad to have access to an electric kettle in the room for making hot beverages. The AM/FM alarm clock was a useful feature, although I prefer using my phone for waking up. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, but the carpeted floors in the room seemed a bit old and worn. I did take advantage of the dry cleaning and housekeeping services during my stay, which were convenient. the laundry facilities were lacking, and I found it a bit inconvenient to have to seek out alternative options. my experience at Best Western had its ups and downs.

I felt like a VIP visiting the Cherry Blossom Capital of the World. The lounge with billiards was a hoot, and the to-go breakfast fueled my adventures.
I missed the thrill of turkey products.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the college campus where we were visiting. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order during our stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including tasty waffles and eggs cooked to perfection.
We were disappointed that the pool was closed despite not being informed beforehand. The musty smell in the room was a bit off-putting, and the beds were not the most comfortable we've slept in.

The breakfast had a good variety and the person working was delightful. Additionally, there was enough parking space for my truck and trailer, which was convenient. The room was decent and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of driving.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Hairs in the tub, stains on the furniture, and a bug in the corner were off-putting.

we had just checked in and were getting settled in the room when a male staff member came in, saying this was our 1st warning about loud noise and running. If he had to come back, he would give us our money back and ask us to leave. We tried to explain it wasn't us, but he didn't want to hear our story.

Accessible facilities for those with physical handicaps. Full breakfast with eggs and sausage. Clean, comfortable rooms and jacuzzi tub available.
Felt very cared for, nothing to complain about.
